How Do I Cancel My Membership?

To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:

• Cancellation requests must always be submitted in writing by email to askrift@sportsol.is. (Calling or informing a staff member at reception is not sufficient.)
• The cancellation request must be received before the 15th of the month in order for the notice period to begin at the start of the following month.
• An open-ended membership is subject to a 1-month notice period after cancellation.
• A fixed-term membership is subject to a 3-month notice period after cancellation.

How Do I Submit a Cancellation?

• Send an email to: askrift@sportsol.is
• Include your full name and Icelandic ID number (kennitala).
• Sportsól will receive your email and reply within two business days confirming that your cancellation request has been received.
